Terms of Service
- Company. Lansen Label, registered and located in Guyana, 467 Farm, East Bank Demerara, Georgetown.
- Currency. All prices are quoted and all transactions processed in Guyanese Dollars (GYD) unless stated otherwise. VAT is applied at the statutory rate where applicable.
- Quotations are valid for 30 days and become binding when approved in writing or through our client portal.
- Proofs. Production begins only after you approve the proof. Lansen Label is not liable for errors present in customer-approved proofs or customer-supplied artwork.
- Payment. Invoices are payable per the terms stated on the invoice. Cards accepted online: Visa and Mastercard, processed securely by Fygaro.
- Returns and delivery are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy and Delivery Policy.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Guyana.
