Privacy Statement

Lansen Label ("we") collects only the information needed to quote, produce, deliver, and bill your orders: your name, company, contact details, delivery addresses, order history, and the artwork you supply.

Payments

Online card payments are processed by Fygaro, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider, on Fygaro's secure payment page. Your card number is never entered on, transmitted through, or stored by Lansen Label's systems. We receive only a payment confirmation (amount, date, card brand, and last four digits) to issue your receipt.

Portal accounts

Our client portal uses password-protected accounts. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never visible to staff.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except the service providers needed to operate (payment processing, email delivery, courier services) and where required by law.
