Delivery Policy

Production time

Standard production lead time is 5–10 business days from proof approval, depending on order size and materials. Your quotation states the timeline for your specific job, and we confirm the expected completion date when production begins.

Pickup

Orders may be collected free of charge from our facility at 467 Farm, East Bank Demerara, Guyana, Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00.

Delivery within Guyana

We deliver within Georgetown and along the East Bank corridor for a fee quoted with your order. Deliveries to other regions of Guyana are arranged by courier at cost, quoted before dispatch.

International shipping

We ship to customers in the Caribbean and North America. International orders are sent by courier or freight forwarder; the shipping method, cost, and estimated transit time are quoted with your order and confirmed before dispatch. International transit time is additional to the production lead time above.

Duties, taxes, and customs

All prices are quoted and charged in Guyanese Dollars (GYD), and our quoted shipping cost covers carriage only. For shipments outside Guyana the customer is the importer of record: any import duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs clearance chargeslevied in the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our invoice. Customs inspection can delay delivery beyond the carrier's estimate.

Export restrictions

Our labels and packaging products are not subject to export licensing or trade restrictions. We supply to businesses in Guyana, the Caribbean, and North America. Where a destination country restricts the import of printed packaging for a specific product category, or a carrier declines a material we would normally use, we will tell you before accepting the order.

Delivery confirmation

Local deliveries and pickups are signed for, and international shipments are dispatched with carrier tracking. Confirmation is visible on your invoice in our client portal.
